Black cotton dress with small floral boutique print in red, yellow and green all over the dress and matching belt.

White lace at the collar and cuffs.

Mother of pearl and brass buttons down the front and a metal side zipper.

Full pleated skirt that features a bustle ruffle down the sides of the dress.

Has original shoulder pads.
