Professional construction with no design or manufacture label present. The hat is styled as a figural platter hat with a bicorn silhouette. The hat is done in a bold black flocked velveteen and trimmed in front with 3 large vivid, deep pink millinery roses. The intended fit is as shown, there is an internal wire around the outer edge of the brim that can feasible be shaped with good flexibility to your discretion. The hat has a skull cap foundation that sits at the back top crown of the head. Hair or hat pins may also be used to help secure proper position.
