This fabulous vintage maternity dress by Marian Sue (label has come away) is from the 1940s and features a yellow and purple plaid print. There's a high crew neckline with a pointed collar and large bib front, trimmed in eyelet. Dolman sleeves. Matching tie belt. Dress has elastic at the sides of the baby belly for a more fitted silhouette. Overall this is in nice condition, with only a small spot at the front that has been patched, and some wear/tearing to the eyelet at the neck - Structurally, however, it is very sound. I have given this a thorough soak/wash and line dried, ready to be worn.

Bust measures up to 38", waist 30-34", hip up to 45", length 42".
