Beautiful and unusual 1940's tilt hat. Open crown which you can barely see, covered in narrow bands of taupe colored felt loops. Little silver and emerald green flower sequins dot the loops for a bit of embellishment. Underneath is a grosgrain covered wire circle base along with an elastic placement band. Underneath in the back is a 2 inch double triangle of thick netting. I don't know what the purpose of this other than for placement. You can see this in the photo of the inside.

Label is Lazarus which is a store label and a union tag indicating a size 22.

Excellent condition.

Measuring while laying flat and spread out, the outside circumference is 29 inches.
