This jacket is so cute! Tan with tan and white polka dot cuffs and collar. It has 3 large buttons at the top and one inside to secure the bottom. It has shoulder pads. The lining is perfect. There are just a couple of flaws. One small stain at the end of the coat and along the inside of the collar. Please see last 2 pics. The chest measures 21 inches under to under arm, the waist is 23, hips 24 and the length is 41 inches shoulder to hem.
