Very Rare and fantastic Plastic Chain Belt with shell design motif.Appears to be 40’s but could be earlier or later.Closes with a hook type attaching two shells together.Couls also be worn as a necklace!Total length 34 inches.Will fit a 28 waist best. 4 panels measure 2 inches long by one inch tall each. FANTASTIC CONDITION, mostly unworn.
