lace trimmed collar and peek a boo front

small cap sleeves

empire waist with back tie

~17" shoulders

~20" under arm back

17 1/4" under bust at seam

19" waist

~23" hip ( bias cut)

45 1/2" side under arm to hem length

32 1/2" flat hem

noted -last photo shows repair that was made- back side under where the tie is- center front where collar joins threads are loose- collar has small flaw in fabric left side near point
