Vintage 1940’s novelty print sheath dress with peplum detail. Turquoise and black vintage day dress depicts novelty print of people playing a variety of instruments in white, light green, and pink. It’s all in the gorgeous details of this dress! Criss-cross black ribbon bodice and short sleeves. Peplum detail near thigh area, slight high-low hemline with back hem 3” longer than front. Belt in matching fabric (has some light brown discoloration from age). Hidden side zip with 3 covered button-loop top back closure + 4.5” peak-a-boo back. Unlined. Label in dress is by Manupelli Gowns Hartford. In okay vintage condition – a couple of things to note: a little discoloration in places, the underarms have discoloration and wear and have been reinforced with fusible webbing on the inside to prevent further damage.
