Pictures sinply do not do these justice! Made by Mr. John Gauntlet (the designer for the accessories on Gone with the Wind, and his gloves and hats are also featured at The Met Museum) these 1940s black leather gloves are all about the drama!

They look like a typical flared cuff glove UNTIL you put it on! These are top loading so instead of the opening being at the end of the glove it’s it’s on the top side so that once the glove is on the flared section waves into the most beautiful, subtle ruffle! It’s so pretty on!

There’s no size listed anywhere on the gloves but I’d suffice to say they are a /small/medium.
