From the 1940's come these collectible clipons. Just look at the work in these! Raffia covers the discs making the wide hat brims and the crowns look like braided raffia. There's fruit too...or maybe those are flowers? Soft moss in between, such an amazing detail The clips are hard to read without a loupe but they do say "West Germany". The clips work!
