It's a wristlet! From Whiting & Davis (but you knew that), this is from the 40's with the 1940's version of their label. Not too small but not very big (your Galaxy won't fit), this looks like it wasn't used much as the inside is SO clean. Deco rhinestone lever-buckle snaps it securely closed. The wrist chain is mesh. There is no fade to any of the chain mail finish. It's flawless. See ruler shot to get idea of size.9
