40’s Cap Sleeved Sequin Evening Gown
DESCRIPTION
Late 40s sequined Diminutives by Martini long gown. Black rayon crepe, back metal Talon zipper.
Capped sleeves with sequins give appearance of a cape. Basque waist with front cummerbund sewn on, extends into wide ties at back. Gathering below front waist seam. Grosgrain waist stay.

CONDITION
Very Good ~ There is a 1/4" scuff mark on the bottom skirt. At back waist, there are two spots, each about 3/4" long that are scuff/slight holes - these are somewhat obscured when the ties are done. Some iron shine at front waist. The hem has been let down 1 1/4". Originally this would have had shoulder pads but they have been removed.
All items are clean and repaired if needed. They will arrive ready to wear except for a press if necessary.
