The hat itself is incredible with its natural woven straw, navy blue velvet ribbon and birdcage veil. Not to mention the little red bow put in there for that special something. Navy blue velvet covers the entire underneath of the brim and just pushes this right over the edge from incredible to glorious. Measures just over 14" in diameter. Inside measures about 20. 5" all round the inside. I believe it is meant to slightly perch as opposed to being pulled down.

Excellent condition. The only real thing issome wear to the birdcage veiling.
