Wonderful 1940s blue velvet tam beret hat in a larger size, measuring 22.5” in circumference. Lined with black and white silk gingham fabric with a horsehair type woven black semi sheer layer on the top for structure. Label is from Maurice Julian’s College Shop in Chapel Hill, NC, home if the University of NC. Good condition.
