1940’s Black Velvet Top/jacket

Gorgeous black velvet with gold studded butterfly design and puff sleeves. The top button is functional, the second button is decorative. There is a snap at the waist and the ties in front. In very good condition!

The chest measures 16 inches under arm to under arm, the waist is 14 inches and the length is 25 inches shoulder to hem.
