Black velour low profile fascinator hat with a wide brim and satin bow around the brim, from Josephine Tripoli Millinery. Similar style to the hats worn in the Madeline children's books. Vintage circa the 1940s. Good used condition, there is a wire poking out of the brim at two spots - please see photos for detail. One size, band measures approx. 20" around.
