Exquisite vintage 40s cocktail dress made of excellent quality rayon twill done in black. Sheath cut, fantastic tiered construction from top to bottom, square neckline front & back, belt loops and original matching self belt, side hip pleats, rear vent, and rear metal zipper closure.
