Hat measures 9. 5" in diameter front to back and 8" from side to side, and width of inner opening is from 7" side to side and 7" from front to back; it is somewhat flexible . Height of crown is about 3. 5". Fabric is wool felt with netting and metal trim. Marked "Berkshire USA". Excellent condition with no damage. True colors are black with gold trim.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
