40’s Rayon Crepe Dress

Black dress with left ruffle detail. The ruffles are acetate due to age and could be the-dyed. There are shoulder pads and draping at the shoulders. The original belt is included. It zips up the left side with a metal zipper and has three fabric buttons in the back at the neck. The dress is in excellent condition with the exception of the ruffles. All measurements were taken flat.
