Black leather suitcase with top handle, English Lever closure, and compartmentalized green lining. Once was a briefcase for a traveling salesman. No brand marked, circa the 1940s. Initials "J. C.C." are monogrammed beneath the handle. Has wear at the corners, rip in the lining, and lining is coming apart from the inside - see photos for detail. Would no longer be a suitable suitcase unless restored, but would make a wonderful decor piece. 17. 5" wide x 13" high x 7. 5" deep, weighs 7 lbs.
