Measures 16” across the shoulders, 38” through the bust, 28” at the waist, 40” through the hips and length is 43”. Sleeves are 20” long from shoulder seam to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 16. 5”.

Has small shoulder pads, notched collar, three-quarter length cuffed dolman sleeves, satin drape across bodice with floating panels at bottom, two large blue/iridescent square rhinestone trim pieces at side of waist, and straight skirt. Has metal back zipper. Fabric is rayon crepe and satin, unlined. Label reads ”Franklin original”. Excellent condition with no holes or stains; only flaw is one rhinestone missing from trim. True color is black.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
