With original paper tags still attached, this vintage Spencer Alexis long black sleeveless dress and Robe-style jacket set has only been worn for this photo shoot. Called "Peacock Combo" on the paper tag, the colors used in this design are black, pastel teal, tan, muted gold and gray in the fabrics and the sheer lace. Made in the USA, this set has two pieces, and the designer name of Spencer Alexis assures you of quality design, excellent workmanship and a flattering easy fit.

For the top Size Small is shown, however please use the measurements to determine if it will fit you as sizes have changed over the years:

Shoulder to shoulder is 15 and 1/2 inches.
Sleeve length is 15 inches, with the under arm length at 10 inches.
Arm hole opening is 23 and 1/2 inches.
Bust size is 38 inches.
Waist size is 35 inches.
Full length is 26 inches at the V of the front lapels.
Hemline width is 46 inches.
Side slits are 4 inches.

For the dress Size Small is shown, however please use these measurements as sizes have changed over the years:

designs trim the front, along with a black frog-style clasp plus bamboo print fabrics lining the front lapels. The Robe-inspired top has one front frog-type black clasp with a shape meant to fall naturally on your body, with the frog clasp either closed or open.

Note how the shape flares and the front panel drops lower than the rest of the fabric for a typical Spencer Alexis designer touch that some users describe as "Art to Wear".

There are no shoulder pads so this has a more natural shoulder line.

This is a collarless style and it is not lined. There are elbow length sleeves, with a 3 inch wide band of the black pattern-on-pattern fabric at the sleeve edge.

The fabric label for the blazer reads "Spencer Alexis, Size Small, 50% polyester, 30% rayon, 20% nylon, Style #SMA55, Cut 21598, Made in USA, Made in California, Dry Clean Only, RN 74303". For the dress the label is essentially the same, however the fabric is shown as 100% rayon.

As lovers of Spencer Alexis garments know, RN 74303 is the RN used for their clothing.

There are no pockets in either the blazer or the dress and neither garment is lined.
