Distinctly 1980's this creamy white silk dress has short wide ROBE-inspired sleeves and a V-neck bodice that closes in front with 2 hidden snaps. Made for Saks 5th Avenue there is an attached long obi style wrap belt. The skirt is softly gathered onto the top. Those gathers hide 2 front usable pockets. It is pullover style with the front hidden snaps providing the only closures. This very soft silk is semi-sheer as the photos show and it has a pattern-on-pattern scroll design.

Internal shoulder pads are made of soft foam-like material. Those are easily removable if you prefer a more natural shoulder line.

With the attached wrap style belt you can wear this tight or loose at your waistline. In the photos I show it wrapped tightly on my model's waist.

This dress is not lined.

In Good Vintage Condition it is freshly cleaned. I do not find any major issues to report that will affect your wear or enjoyment of this lovely vintage dress. All of the stitching is intact it is free of tears rips odors stains or anything offensive.
