From Barbizon this pastel pink A-line polyester nightgown is a lingerie gem made during the 1970's. It is marked "Made in U. S.A" and the red white and blue ILGWU Union label dates this from the mid 1970's. Trimmed with white lace at the bodice and hemline it is subtle and sophisticated in a simple figure-flattering shape.

A curvy feather design is featured in the pattern-on-pattern polyester fabric.

As you can see in the photos the opaque fabric gown has a lace topped bodice adjustable spaghetti straps a deep cut front and a small center slit also trimmed with lace.

The fabric label reads "Barbizon Size 36 100% Polyester Machine Wash Warm Made in USA" and there is also a red white and blue version of the ILGWU Union label.

Freshly laundered it will come to you ready to wear right out of the package.

In Excellent Vintage Condition this Barbizon gown is a classic piece with no holes snags or stains in the fabric or the lace and all the seams are intact.

Barbizon was established in 1933 as a maker of women’s rayon lingerie. They were unique in that they also made the fabrics from which their garments were sewn. They specialized in high-quality synthetic blends. Barbizon was sold to the VF Corporation (Vanity Fair) in 1991.
