So well made this Little Black Dress designed by Leslie Fay is meant to fit and flatter. With 3 tiers of fabric the top one of which has a 2 and 1/2 inch wide lace edge it is knee length with a rounded neckline and 3/4 length sleeves. Made in the USA it is 85% Arnel and 15% Nylon. There is an early 1970's version of the ILGWU Union label.

As you can see in the photos the fabric has an overall crinkled texture.

It is washable and can be tumbled dry. The label recommends Woolite which was a new product at the time. I used Woolite when I washed this and I hung it to dry because I feel that helps vintage garments look their best for an even longer life.

There are no shoulder pads in this dress which is a feminine pencil shape. This classic stylish design is certain to attract compliments. Not too dressy not too casual it is a perfect day or evening style black dress.

It is in Very Good Vintage condition with absolutely no issues to report. The only thing I can find to report is that the original owner laundered this dress often so the tags show evidence of that.

Freshly cleaned there are no stains holes or odors and all seams are intact. The neckline and the underarms are clean and the zipper works well.

It comes to you from a home with no pets and no smokers.
