1930's black bias cut rayon crepe gown. Cut outs at the neckline in front and back. No closures as the fabric and cut expands and clings to every curve. THE SLEEVES. Sheer black mesh balloon sleeves heavily adorned with silver gelatin sequins and metal prong rhinestones. Gathered cuffs with snaps at the wrists.
