This is a sparkly slinky 30s black dress made of a rough crepe rayon. The dress has a high neckline that is supported by handset rhinestone straps that cross at the top of the shoulders and hit below the shoulders blades. The top of the dress is covered in little droplets of rhinestones past the waistline and onto a little over-top that hangs to mid hips. It's not very loose but does lay on top of the dress. It is a pull-over style with a placket on both the over-top and dress on the left side with snaps to fasten it. The rest of the dress is the plain black crepe and is bias-cut. It falls to sweep the floor and has a beautiful art deco seam line at the bottom of the skirt that gives it more volume.

Condition:
The dress is overall in great condition with only a few small things to note. There were a few rhinestones on the top that pushed through the fabric but have been backed and sewn to keep them stable. There was also a small tear at the top of one of the center skirt seams at the hem. It was small and has been fixed and is now barely noticeable. The dress has been professionally hand laundered and is ready to wear.
