This small fur clip is from right out of the 1930s. It's round in shape, and features a single bow shape at the top of the clip. This clip is meant to fasten through a fur or faux fur piece, think fur stole, or a fur collar on an elegant wool or velvet coat or jacket.

Sometimes a double pronged clip like this is mistaken for a barrette worn in ones hair. Please do not put this piece in your hair, the double prongs are sharp, and are meant to pierce fur, so it would absolutely hurt if it pierced a human scalp! Ouch!

In good antique shape, some of the stones have begun to yellow, and one stone is missing out of the bow at the top. Prongs could do with a polish.
