I am in love with this robe / housecoat despite the couple of very minor flaws.

I would rate this a 9/10 condition due to the fact it is about 85 yrs old, material is strong and without rot or rips, and in bright color condition.

The minor flaws are just that.. minor.

The buttons are at least half replaced but all buttons are high end from era and have a value of their own. I did order some black and pink but they are a half inch too small so will leave these as is and let you find what you want to replace them with if at all. The other flaw is the inside tie around waist is in need of stitching back on where it is attached at inner side ( not on the front panel) and there is a very faint and un-noticeable until I was ironing, semi circle of green ink or die. I actually looks like Bingo dauber ink and if so that will come out with a cleaning as for they are water soluble.

No size, it is a Seattle based maker which makes sense being in Eastern WA. I would put this as a contemporary larger small to medium. It is lightly pinned on model.

Full skirting area, cowl size collar, bracelet length sleeves with cuff and puff.

Stunning robe.

Measurements are taken flat back seam to seam ( pit to pit for bust) There is some darting in front and you can always move buttons for a bit more or less room in bust and waist area.

Full length intended but could be worn at ankle for us taller women
