30s Ps 167 The Parkway School Class Of '38 Pin

School 167, The Parkway School class pin from 1938. It has an owl theme, gold and enamel crest with "167 The Parkway School" and an owl bearing the number "38" connected by a chain. The back reads, "Mueller 10k g f", indicating the the manufacturer and the metal (10 Karat Gold Filled). Both pieces have safety clasps. This appears to be from a Brooklyn elementary school in Crown Heights that was founded in 1911 and is now closed. It was known for the diverse cultural background of the students. The crest measures 1/4" by 3/8" and the year is 3/8" by 1/8". Excellent condition. Catalog # 7310
