Beautiful 1930s bed jacket featuring beautiful lace and flutter sleeves. Smocking on the shoulders. Ties in a bow at the front. In the 1930s, this would have been worn while sitting in bed or lounging around the house. It could still be used for that purpose today, but I also think it has a lot of potential for styling as a layering piece with a wide variety of outfits. It will certainly add a romantic, feminine touch to any ensemble.

Condition: Some issues to note. Much of the smocking on the shoulders has come undone and there are loose threads. I found two tiny stains -- one on the chest and one on the back. The material is also notably weakened in some areas. See last two photos. Still presents beautifully!
