This is just a stunning 30s white silk nightgown. The top of the gown is made of a knit sheer chiffon material and has stunning lace around each seam. The neckline is plunging and the gown is sleeveless. At the waist, the gown is made of the softest charmeuse-like silk satin. The waist is fitted and at the center, right under the bust is a sweet little monogram of the original owner, SSG. On the left side of the waist, the gown opens up in a placket to help with dressing. It has 3 little shell buttons with thread loops. The skirt is floor length and falls in an A-line silhouette which gathers at the waist to give the skirt volume so it can swish around dramatically. The gown is entirely hand-sewn.

The gown is in great condition overall with no flaws to note. It has been professionally hand laundered and is ready to wear.
