Fully lined, decorated with ribboned silk rose quartz colored lace on the flutter sleeves, a deep pink/ purple tulle line at the hem, and a pretty keyhole neckline that's accented with a pointed flat collar that's joined sweetly with a single dusty rose colored silk button that hides a single hook and eye.
