Vintage 1930s Black Felt "pancake hat" completely hemmed in Genuine Ostrich Feathers!! (REALLY OLD OSTRICH).
Very Good vintage condition! - the ostrich feathers do shed a bit after all these years, of course.
As this is 20" inside, it was pretty small for my 22" head in the picture, but certainly can be worn...or make a kicka$$ display.
