Very unique find. This mink tilt style hat with attached wide band looks to be early 30's to 40's and worn with an up-do is what I would think as for it seems odd to just sit on the back of the head but as seen it can be worn that way.

The fur is still very nice and subtle and hat is in very good antique condition. Perfect for pin up or steampunk fashion.
