Absolutely stunning original 1930s construction. The dress is done in a bold black silk velvet and features a lovely ivory lace collar with tiny black beaded details. The dress has an asymmetrical bodice with original shell buttons intact. The sleeves feature a long tapered cuff with snap closures and the dress fastens at the side waist with hook and eye closures.

Condition is listed as very good plus to near excellent. The black silk velvet is perfect, minimal notes of handling and no visible areas of crushing, no damage, no soiling. The lace shows some age with some spotting. I believe with some gentle attention this could be easily remedied. I find no other issues to note, the dress presents beautifully.
