Beautiful 1930s black silk velvet jacket with rhinestone buttons and an Art Deco brooch that has been attached to the left shoulder. It's a flatter, fitted shape, with padded shoulders and nipped waist. Sleeves are gathered at the bottom with tabs. Lined with a silk twill fabric. No maker's label. Good condition.
