Good Vintage Condition; most of the sequins are intact, I only found one cluster on one sleeve where you can tell some are missing. Some fade to top shoulders, one shoulder is worse than the other and the other is barely faded. A few spots of snags to organza, worst on back of neck.One belt loop is loose and there is no belt.
