This is a beautiful late 1930's maxi dress! Long, sexy, form fitting, lovely 30's silhouette!

Features a mesh upper with lace sleeves and stripes. Ties at the back of the collar, and has a side Talon zipper.

No tag to indicate maker or fabric.

This dress is being sold as is, as there are some issues. The top portion of the dress may not be original, as the mesh has some stretch to it, which was not common in 1930's dresses. There has also been a few spots with hand stitching, which would indicate repair or alteration.

There is a hole in the mesh on the back right shoulder (see photo). Hole measures about 0. 75" in diameter. There are also tears in some of the lace, especially on the sleeves (see photo). There is a triangle shaped panel stitched in around the crotch area of the dress.

The collar of the dress also has fading.

No fabric tag, but feels to be possibly crepe. It is fairly thin, and has no stretch.
