Professional construction with no design or manufacture labels present. The dress is done in a perfect cornflower blue cold rayon fabric featuring navy blue and ivory white small polka dot print. The dress has cuspy late 30s/early 40s design elements and no fasteners so it must be dressed over head. The buttons on the asymmetrical bodice are decorative and stationary. The dress has a gorgeous, sleek columnar skirt with belt loops although the original belt is not present.

Condition is listed as good plus with minor overall notes of age. There are some areas of minor color variance around the back of the collar, a few areas on the skirt, and at the under arms. These notations are subtle but noted for full disclosure and you will find them reflected in the price. There is no damage and no repairs to note. The dress has been freshly laundered and pressed and is ready to wear.
