Material looks like a plisse, thin with a mildly rough texture. The only closure is the snap button shown so keep in mind this will be pullover.
FLAWS: Pen tip size hole at waist. Several holes above front hem. Fray along neckline. Material is sturdy despite these flaws. There are belt loops, but no belt.
