This lightweight and easy to wear dress by Phoenix Sportswear is a perfect everyday staple dress. A nice example of the transition from late 1930's into early 1940's fashion.

The fabric, 'Celanese Sandswept' is light and soft, with a beautiful drape.

I would describe colour as a very faint pink or light peach.

Measurements:

Bust - 34" (roomy)

Waist - 26"

Length - 22" (waistline to hem)

Arm Opening - 7"

Details:

Side button closure, belt loops, and two small front pockets.

Flaws:

Slight darkening around neckline and pocket. Small stain on front and back of skirt, less than a cm. Popped seam on front skirt.

This dress is worn in the best way, with a lot of life in it yet.
