Vintage 1930s/1940s pinstripe asymmetrical hem button down princess coat / swing coat / dress coat. fitted bodice and gathered skirt. Skirt is lined in what feels like cotton. Hook and eye at waist abs 3 big beautiful functional buttons. Hits mid calf. Very flattering! Fits a small/medium.
