Professional construction from the "An Elsa Hat" label. The hat is styled as an adorable halo bonnet hat, done in a perfect shade of very pale woven nylon with rich navy blue trim. The texture of the foundation is similar to a terrying. The hat features a grosgrain ribbon bow and dramatic pink millinery chrysanthemum flowers with green petals off to one side. The intended fit is as shown, at the rear crown of the head with the brim rising above to frame the face in a halo. Hair or hat pins are suggested to help secure the hat in place.
