Beautiful winter white / Palest ivory linen ( or possibly cotton blend) baby girls dress--or possibly a chemise top for a slightly older child. This would most likely have been the under slip but is perfect as a little top or chemise on its own today. Tank style with one button holding a shoulder together to make it easier to get on a little one. Darling little scalloped trim at the bottom of the skirt and then again around the neckline and arm openings. Excellent vintage condition. There are some pinsized orange dots in a few places. Also beautiful for display.
