It has age of course because I estimate this at about late 40s. The dress is solid with no known material rot but does have some sun fade damage on areas. The fade is obvious if you look but lost in the folds and pattern pretty well. But even with these issues the fabric is in amazing condition for age and dress is still stunning and beautiful.

I believe this is called Bark Cloth but probably a rayon.

Seems custom made and was part of a lot of several I got from this old theater so hand made in 40's for some production I am pretty sure.
