Such an adorable piece for a little child up to maybe a 3 year old. Please see photo with measuring tape for visualization on size.This luxurious emerald green velvet is so soft. The skirt even has a built in pocket! Buttons up the back with the most wonderful mirror buttons. The sleeves are slightly bell shaped too - so dreamy! If this was in an adult size I would totally keep it! Possibly for the 30s.
