Home blue, glass decorative bowls. Beautiful compote bowl with serpent/dolphin handles. Use a fruit bowl or table centerpiece. Vintage footed depressionware blue uranium glass bowl. It is beautiful with "Dolphin" handles. They look more like Koi, a fish or a serpent to me, but is what they call them on the old glass. It is 9-1/4" across the widest part, 5" tall, 6-1/2" across the inside of bowl, and 4-1/4" across the foot. It is vintage, most likely from the 1930's, and not without its flaws that add to the character. There are some air bubbles consistent with depression glass not considered flaws. Some tiny scratches/nics. Please enlarge all photos to inspect to ensure your happiness. It has a leaning anomaly done during manufacturing. The "dolphin" handles don't glow under uv light only the bowl. Obtained by estate sale.
