30’s/40’s Black Velvet Sequin Beaded Rainbow Embroidered Hungarian Corset Top Vest
A wonderful ethnic piece from Hungary, handmade in the 30’s-40’s. Made of soft black velvet with large round red beads amongst smaller beads and sequins. Embroidered flowers are also along the front and back, super graphic and lovely. Also has pretty burnt red tassels on the front!! So unique, can be worn as a vest over another blouse or on its own as a corset. Lovely peplum shape to accentuate the waist.
Super adjustable, ribbon ties are fraying at the ends but stable, really incredible condition for its age.
