LADY FAIR?
...or you can just act like one because this ultra-feminine blouse has some stellar romantic details. It buttons down front and is form-fitting. Slight peplum look. Small collar trimmed with some ivory Amazing Lace (see what I did there?). Those sleeves! Three-quarter "bell" sleeves trimmed with more lace, giving this a "colonial" look. Yes, it has triangular shoulder pads making this "borderline" early 40's (very early!). Designer label, some hand stitches say this may have been custom made. NO FLAWS! (and it's clean, too)
